Sarah Gray’s journey into real estate began by working closely with David and Carin Becker of Team Becker Realtors five years ago. Sarah’s warm presence and determined spirit led to an increased demand for her skills, and she quickly moved to a full-time position on the team. Today, Sarah works full-service, taking clients from start to finish in listing or finding their dream homes in the Hummelstown, Hershey, Palmyra, Annville, and Harrisburg areas.
Sarah is drawn to the relational aspect of real estate and devotes herself to learning about the people she works with so that she might cultivate a dynamic of mutual respect and teamwork. When it comes to clients, she wants them to know one thing above all else: they’re in this together. It’s this special connection that makes the process so rewarding for both Sarah and the people she serves, whether they’re buying a new home or selling and starting their next phase. She’s proudest of the relationships she’s fostered throughout her career, and loves being able to watch families grow and flourish in the homes they’ve found.
Setting her apart from the crowd is Sarah’s willingness to go the extra mile to find the perfect fit for her buyers in particular — rather than focusing on the sale, she’s oriented around the final outcome and client satisfaction. Sarah is the mother of four children, whom she shares with her husband, Shane Gray. Consequently, she has a particular fondness for working with families and can offer those with children special insight into the local school districts.
However, Sarah also understands the complexities of modern life and changing lifestyles, and uses her combination of patience and determination to assist buyers who might need a little more effort to find the right home. Whether that means finding homes with appropriate ADA accommodations, assisting first time buyers in narrowing their search, or expanding her net across large swaths to serve other areas like Dauphin, Lebanon, Lancaster, Berks, Cumberland, and York Counties, one thing is certain: Sarah will do what it takes to ensure a happy outcome.
In her off-time, Sarah enjoys heading to the theater with her family to watch her daughter dance or perching in the stands to watch her boys play lacrosse, wrestling, and football. She herself competes in triathlons, Sprint, Olympic, and Half Ironman competitions. Sarah additionally takes full advantage of all the region has to offer, from its small-town quaintness and outdoor recreation to its growing downtown districts and proximity to Lancaster, Philadelphia, D.C., and Baltimore.
