From Virginia to a New Home Before the First Day

A new position with Penn State Health in Hershey brought Terius and Courtney to Central Pennsylvania—and put their move on a tight clock. With Terius preparing to begin his role as an administrator of orthopedics, they had less than two months to find and purchase a home while also managing a home to sell in Virginia.

From a First Home to a New Chapter: Sarah & Dem
In 2018, we helped Sarah, a nurse at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, buy her first home in the Hershey area. In 2026, we helped her sell that home and purchase a new-construction home with Dem.

Here in Hershey, we’re surrounded by incredible medical professionals at Penn State Health and the Hershey Medical Center and more, and we’ve had the privilege of helping so many of you call this place home.
