Rockledge offers comfortable townhome living, shared green space, and convenient access to Hershey and Palmyra. Four original floor plans and an HOA that handles many routine exterior responsibilities give buyers several ways to find a home that fits their needs.

One community, four streets
Rockledge includes 565 townhomes on four different streets: Barrington, Cambridge, Coventry, and Wexford. The HOA describes nearly 50 acres of common space, creating an open setting beyond the individual homes and garages. Its location offers convenient access to Hershey-area shopping, dining, entertainment, and employment, including Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
An end unit, a sunroom, an updated kitchen, or the position of a garage can change how a property feels. We help you compare those features alongside price and square footage.
Two townships, two counties, two school districts
A Palmyra mailing address alone does not tell you the school district. Rockledge crosses a municipal and county boundary:

Four models. Different ways to feel at home.
The Nantucket
Approximately 1,200 sq. ft.
A practical two-story option, with listing examples featuring two upstairs bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a main-level half bath. Living, dining, and kitchen space sit downstairs.
The Lexington
Approximately 1,307 sq. ft.
A step up in the HOA’s published floor-plan size. Documented examples offer two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a half bath, and connected living and dining areas.
The Hampton
Approximately 1,441 sq. ft.
Commonly features two upstairs bedrooms with their own full bathrooms, plus a main-level room used as a third bedroom, office, or den and a half bathroom.
The Andover
Approximately 1,723 sq. ft.
The largest original model. Documented examples include three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with bedroom space and a full bathroom on the main level.
Sizes are the HOA’s published original-plan figures. Actual finished space, bedroom configurations, sunrooms, and updates vary by property; confirm individual listing details.
Rockledge HOA: $189 per month
A major part of Rockledge’s appeal is having the association coordinate many exterior and community maintenance tasks. Published HOA documents describe:
- Lawn and tree care, landscaping, and mulching.
- Snow removal under the association’s accumulation policy.
- Driveway repairs and common-area upkeep.
- Roof replacement under the exterior maintenance policy.
- Covered siding, trim, and gutter maintenance, including scheduled gutter cleaning.
Coverage has limits. Enclosed patios and certain repairs remain the homeowner’s responsibility, and owners handle smaller snowfalls under the published policy. Utilities and trash service are separate from HOA dues.
Monthly fee confirmed September 2026. Dues, services, and assessments may change. Review current association documents and the property’s resale package for specific responsibilities and exclusions.
