Carin Becker, Associate Broker and Central Pennsylvania Realtor

Carin Becker is an associate broker, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and co-founder of Team Becker Realtors at Keller Williams Realty. Born and raised in the Annville-Cleona area, Carin uses her lifelong knowledge of Central Pennsylvania to help buyers and sellers throughout Palmyra, Hershey, Hummelstown, Annville, Lebanon, Harrisburg and the surrounding communities.

Carin earned her Pennsylvania real estate license in 2015 and her broker’s license in 2021. She has also earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations. These credentials reflect advanced training in representing homebuyers, homeowners and older adults navigating important real estate decisions.

As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Carin has completed specialized training focused on protecting and advising homebuyers throughout the purchase process. Her Seller Representative Specialist designation provides additional expertise in pricing, marketing, negotiating and managing residential listings.

Carin’s Senior Real Estate Specialist designation helps her serve older adults and their families as they consider downsizing, relocating or selling a longtime family home. She understands that these transitions may involve financial, logistical and emotional considerations, and she approaches each situation with patience, discretion and respect.

Professional Experience Built Around Service

Before beginning her real estate career, Carin spent nine years serving Lebanon County residents through Community Family Health Care. That experience strengthened her ability to listen carefully, understand individual needs and help people navigate important life decisions.

Carin also worked in outside sales for a Fortune 50 telecommunications company, where she developed valuable skills in communication, marketing, relationship building and negotiation. Today, she combines that professional experience with her natural warmth and commitment to helping others.

Carin leads Team Becker Realtors alongside her husband, David Becker. Both Carin and David hold Pennsylvania associate broker licenses—an uncommon level of education and experience for a husband-and-wife real estate team.

An Annville-Cleona native, Carin now lives with her family in the Carriage Park neighborhood of Palmyra. Her knowledge of the area extends beyond real estate. She enjoys exploring Central Pennsylvania’s restaurants, wineries, outdoor trails and community destinations, making her a valuable resource for clients who want to understand what it is truly like to live in the Hershey and Palmyra area.
